Thanking Heroes at Brentwood

Head of Youth Services at Brentwood Library Monica Powers wrote us to share her program Cards for Heroes. She said, "The children in Brentwood expressed their gratitude to our troops overseas by sending them a card for the holidays.  In the month of November, there was a table in the Children's room with supplies to make a card.  The library collected the cards and sent them overseas to the troops. Over 100 children participated."
