STEM, STEAM, and Maker Spaces have been taking over libraries this past year. So I was thrilled to see School Library Journal launch a new column called Mix It Up this month, that focuses on these issues in public libraries. The inaugural column features app recommendations for coding, film making, tinkering, and more in library land.
